Diagnostic efficacy of two-dimensional echocardiography combined with coronary angiogram in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and the effectiveness of atorvastatin

Purpose: To investigate the diagnostic significance of two-dimensional echocardiography (2DE) combined with coronary angiogram in patients acute myocardial infarction, and to determine effectiveness atorvastatin.Methods: Patients (n = 100) infarction admitted Affiliated Hospital Jinggangshan University, Ji’an, China, were divided into control group (CG) treated conventional therapy, study (EG) atorvastatin, addition therapy. The diseased vessels examined by angiogramv recorded compared. atorvastatin treatment was assessed evaluating injury, oxidative stress, vascular injury cardiac function indices, viz, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), end-diastolic internal diameter (LVEDD), end-systolic (LVESD), volume (LVEDV), (LVESV).Results: number double multiple lesions shown on significantly higher than those echocardiography.
